American Cancer Society Relay for Life

Most of you who read my blog have already or will be getting the following letter from me via email. (If you don't it means I don't have a current email for you.) Those of you who know me well, know that I HATE forwarding form letters. I don't send chain emails and I hate doing fundraisers in general. But this is one of those times where I'm willing to put my own personal preferences aside and send a form letter asking for a donation. I've had too many friends, who have struggled with cancer, or lost a loved one to mention any of them my name. But each of their struggles and losses have touch my life.

This year, I am helping save lives from cancer by taking part in the American Cancer Society Relay For Life®, and I’m hoping you will support my efforts with a donation.

The American Cancer Society Relay For Life® is a life-changing event that gives people in communities across the globe a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease. Relay For Life® raises much-needed funds and awareness to help the American Cancer Society save lives from cancer.

Please support me in my efforts by visiting my personal web page to make a secure, tax-deductible online donation.

Thank you and I will keep you updated on my progress.
