The Gift of Prophesy

In the car today Max announced to Nate:

"Nate when I was the same age as you I ate a hot dog from there (pointing to a local restaurant) and puked!"

Nate tried to explain to Max that:

A. Max is younger than him;

B. The Story that Max was telling did actually happen to Nate a few months ago.

But Max was insistent that when he was the same age as Nate he ate a hot dog and threw up. I guess the only explanation is that Max has the gift of prophsey.
