Max is napping after a hard day. I know I'll probably regret letting him nap after 6pm but really we both need a little break. I'll have to wake him in 20 minutes to go get Kaylee from youth group anyway.
So listening to him sleep reminds me, that I feel really sorry for his future wife. Nate's too. Both boys SNORE!!! Not just a little, not delicately, they are like buzz saws! I can't help but wonder if they sound like this at 7 & 2 what they will sound like in their thirties or forties.
It's good to pray for the future spouses of our children. I pray that they will be Christians, that they will exhibit the fruits of the spirit, that they will love my children and their children passionately, and I pray that they sleep soundly. Still, I think I'll be buying them ear-plugs as a wedding gift.

That is hilarious!!! I wish someone woulda given ME earplugs ... but by now, it is a comforting sounds and I can hardly sleep without it. I know if he is at peace enough to sleep, I can be at peace too!
